Refund policy
Skywow is committed to providing the best quality products. We operates on a strictly no refund policy should the order has been confirmed by the system. No cancellation of order after payment is confirmed.
If there are any problems with your order, please email us on thinkbeyond@fgshealthcare.com within 5 working days from the day the order is delivered. We will arrange for replacement accordingly.
For damaged goods, we will arrange replacement for free. Please make sure that the product returned has no scratches, damage and unused, the outer packaging is intact with all accessories returned. We are only allowed to accept exchanges if the returned item meets our requirements.
Customers need to return the damaged products to the assigned address during office hours, postage is borne by the Customer.
Promotional and free items will not be refunded nor exchanged.
In the event of any disputes, Skywow reserves the right of the final decision.
