Criollo Cacao is the “King of Cacao”. This scarce variety has been labelled as “the food of the god”, which has been cultivated by the Peruvian Farmers for centuries.  It is valued for its high-quality grain with fine aroma and flavor. 

Cacao is rich in Vitamins A, B, C, and E.  It is a dense source of minerals including iron and zinc.  Other natural antioxidants found in Cacao like polyphenols help to protect against free radical damage.  It is rich in flavanols that provide anti-inflammatory benefits to our body preventing chronic vascular inflammation.
